EPRM opens its Call for Proposals 2020

Do you have an idea for a project to improve the conditions for miners and mining communities working on tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) in conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs)?

Every year the EPRM funds dozens of projects aimed at improving artisinal and small-scale mining (ASM) for 3TG in some of the poorest parts of the world. The European Partnership for Responsible Minerals (EPRM) will launch a new round of Call for Proposals. Companies, NGOs, public or semi-public bodies and knowledge institutions can submit their ideas for projects that are linked to the mineral supply chain from CAHRAs as of today.

The European Partnership for Responsible Minerals is a multi-stakeholder partnership established with the goal to create better social and economic conditions for mine workers and local mining communities, by increasing the number of mines that adopt responsible mining practices in Conflict and High Risk Areas (CAHRAs).
