Season's Greetings and best wishes for 2019 from all at the Tantalum-Niobium International Study Center (T.I.C.). We hope this finds you well and able to look back on a productive and successful year.
The T.I.C. has grown from strength to strength through 2018. Our dedicated staff have been to more events and held more meetings than ever before in their efforts to protect and grow the markets for tantalum and niobium and promote T.I.C. members' interests.
The highlight of the year was our successful conference in Rwanda, but also of note was the evolution of our quarterly statistics reports which now offer significantly more detail.
Looking ahead to 2019 it is a year full of opportunity for the Association, not least the 2019 Ekeberg Prize for outstanding tantalum research and our 60th General Assembly which will be held in Hong Kong on October 13th to 16th.
A special 'thank you' to the volunteers on the Executive Committee (pictured above) and on our four Subteams, without whom nothing would be possible.
(Please note the T.I.C. office will run a reduced service during the week commencing 24th December and fully re-open again on Wednesday January 2nd, 2019)
