Ask an expert

To better serve the tantalum and niobium industries, the T.I.C. has developed "Ask an Expert", a service that allows both members and non-members to ask technical questions to the Association.

How to submit your question

To ask your question relating to tantalum and niobium simply contact the T.I.C. through our website here.

All questions will be responded to via e-mail. The response time will depend on the complexity of the question, but is typically 5 working days.

Our assurance of your anonymity

The T.I.C. retains the right to add anonymised questions and answers to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of this website. However, the identity of companies and individuals that use this service are treated as confidential.

The Secretary General or Technical Officer responds directly to the question submitter and if their question subsequently appears on the FAQ page it will have been anonymised to remove all references to the identity of the submitting company and/or individual.
