2022 AGM REPORT
The 2022 AGM took place on Monday October 17th as part of the 63rd General Assembly. The meeting was quorate and held in full compliance with the Association's Antitrust Compliance Policy.
During the AGM, motions were passed including approval of the Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in London on November 15th 2021, approval of the audited accounts for the year ended April 30th 2022 and the budget for the year May 1st 2022 - April 30th 2023.
Five companies were elected as new corporate members of the association (Advanced Alloy Services Ltd, Buss & Buss Spezialmetalle GmbH, Elite Material Solutions Ltd, Power Resources International Ltd and Strategic Minerals Spain). One company transferred corporate membership (from Roskill Information Services to Wood Mackenzie), six did not renew corporate membership, four saw their membership terminated by the Executive Committee for non-payment of dues and three saw their membership suspended.
The members voted the following ten people onto the Executive Committee for the forthcoming year: Mr Fabiano Costa, Ms Silvana Fehling, Mr Ronald Gilerman, Mr David Gussack, Mr Jiang Bin, Mr Janny Jiang, Mr Dharam Kotecha, Mr Raveentiran Krishnan, Ms Candida Owens and Dr Daniel Persico.
Of these ten, Dr Daniel Persico was re-elected as President of the T.I.C. for a further term.
