2023 AGM REPORT

The 2023 AGM took place on Monday September 11th as part of the 64th General Assembly. The meeting was quorate and held in full compliance with the Association's Antitrust Compliance Policy.

During the AGM, motions were passed including approval of the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in Geneva on October 17th, 2022, approval of the audited accounts for the year ended April 30th 2023 and the budget for the year May 1st, 2023 - April 30th, 2024.

Eight companies were elected as new corporate members of the association (Absolute Resources LLC, Fort Wayne Metals Research Products, LLC, Neveah Ltd, OnG Commodities LLC, Plato Gold Corp., Global Advanced Metals USA Inc., CCMA LLC and CMT Rare Metal Advanced Materials (Hunan) Co., Ltd). One company transferred corporate membership (from Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. (AMG) to AMG Brasil S.A.), three did not renew corporate membership.

The members voted the following eleven people onto the Executive Committee for the forthcoming year: Mr Fabiano Costa, Ms Silvana Fehling, Mr Ronald Gilerman, Mr David Gussack, Mr Jiang Bin, Mr Janny Jiang, Mr Dharam Kotecha, Mr Efi Ben Baruch, Mr Robert Marchiando, Ms Candida Owens and Dr Daniel Persico.

Of these eleven, Dr Daniel Persico was re-elected as President of the T.I.C. for a further term.
